Applicable materials:

1. 1:1 ratio double liquid non granular low viscosity liquid, polyurethane grouting material, epoxy resin grouting glue, acrylate grouting material, etc.

Construction method:

 Pour PU foaming agent, reinforcing agent or epoxy resin A and B into the cup respectively, and cover the cup tightly. Switch the filling on-off valve to the open state, turn on the power switch, and squeeze out the residual lubricating oil in the machine and pipe until the outflow of the agent stops. Align the butter filling head with the double liquid needle, and firmly insert (fix) the butter nozzle. Centralize, turn on the filling switch first, then turn on the power switch, and continuously pressurize the agent into the structure. Until the agent overflows from the surface, turn off the power switch first, Then close the filling switch, swing the on-off valve up and down, pull it out, pay attention to the material ratio of the cup 1:1, if there is any abnormality, check the pressure pump or the steel ball tightness is not enough, repair or replace it.

Cleaning and maintenance:

 After the completion of the project, if the construction is carried out in the next day or within 23 days, more than 1/3 of the material is left in the material cup, the material cup is tightly covered, the suction pipe mouth is blocked, the nozzle switch is closed, the nozzle and the suction pipe are cleaned with professional cleaning agent. When used the next day, the hardening film on the inside surface of the material cup shall be cleaned, and the hardened material of the spray head shall be removed and the sell shall be clean, and it can be used. If it doesn't work for a long time, pour the cleaning agent into the material cup of the machine with special cleaning agent, extrude the remaining agent in the pipe until the cleaning agent is ejected, insert the filling switch into the material cup respectively, remove the head switch and insert it into the cup respectively, turn on the power supply, cycle the on-off valve for several times, so as to generate pressure on the inner wall of the pipe and clean it easily. After about 35 minutes of cleaning, the filling switch will be inserted into the material cup, Spray the cleaning agent in the machine into the garbage can. After spraying, pour the lubricating oil into the material cup for circulating maintenance to avoid the agent remaining in the pipe wall of the machine hardening and causing blockage.
