A: Yes, we offer OEM & ODM services. You can send us your logo, design drafts, or specific customization requests, and our team will support you throughout the process.

Q3: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Our standard MOQ is 50 pairs per style. For custom orders, the MOQ may vary depending on the material and design.

Q4: What materials do you use?
A: We use a variety of high-quality materials including genuine leather, suede, canvas, rubber, and eco-friendly options. Material details are available in each product listing.

Q5: How long is your production lead time?
A: For in-stock items, delivery can be arranged within 3–7 days. For custom or bulk orders, the lead time is typically 15–30 days depending on the order size and complexity.

Q6: Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
A: Yes, samples are available. We charge a sample fee that is refundable upon bulk order confirmation. Shipping cost for samples is borne by the buyer.
