A: As we have in house designing department, it takes three working days to develop a new sample.

A: We normally accept the larger quantities but for new customers our MOQ is 10pcs/color/design.

4. How about the packaging?

A: For Air Cargo normal shipping time to UK/Europe is 5 to 7 days, for USA and Australia 7 to 9 days.

Production Flow

Fesho Wear Production Tour

Our production process commences with the meticulous handling of each customer order. Upon receipt, a comprehensive Production Order is promptly generated. This order is then placed under the vigilant oversight of our highly professional team, or designated responsible personnel, who are tasked with providing precise instructions to the production floor.

Subsequently, this detailed Production Order is seamlessly transferred to our Patterns and Cutting Department. Following precise cutting, the components are moved for Fusing and Tracing, ensuring accuracy and material integrity.

Upon completion of these preparatory stages, the garments proceed to our Stitching Departments. Here, our highly skilled professional Sample Masters meticulously stitch each jacket, adhering strictly to the unique custom requirements of every garment.

Post-stitching, each garment undergoes a rigorous Quality Control (QC) inspection. Once approved, the garments advance to the Final Packing Stage. In this phase, we meticulously pack each item according to our customers' specific requirements, including the application of their designated hang tags, barcodes, and adherence to all specified packing instructions.

Finally, our dedicated Shipping Department efficiently dispatches these completed orders worldwide.
